• • The Client Management Intern supports the client team in managing client relationships, ensuring client needs are met, and enhancing client satisfaction through proactive engagement and process improvement.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating on client success plans, monitoring client satisfaction, preparing for internal and external meetings, organizing client meetings and follow-ups, maintaining documentation, and researching industry trends and competitor activity to inform account strategy.
