- • The Internal Audit Executive – Payment & Vendor Controls role at Bjak Sdn. Bhd. is critical to safeguarding financial integrity by independently reviewing company payments and vendor transactions to prevent fraud, ensure compliance, and strengthen internal controls.
- • Day to day, the role involves conducting internal audits across business functions, reviewing financial transactions and supporting documentation for accuracy and legitimacy, identifying risks and control weaknesses, performing audit testing and process walkthroughs, preparing detailed audit findings and reports with recommendations, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, and supporting continuous improvement of internal control frameworks and risk management practices.

🎯 Requirements
- • Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Audit, or related field
- • 2–5 years of experience in audit, finance operations, accounts payable, or payment control roles
- • Strong understanding of payments, invoices, approvals, vendor management, and basic accounting principles
- • High attention to detail with strong analytical and investigative skills
- • Ability to review and challenge transactions objectively and professionally
- • Comfortable working with spreadsheets, audit trackers, and finance systems
