  • • As the Manager of Internal Communications at Riveron Consulting, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how the firm’s professionals stay informed, engaged, and aligned during a period of significant growth. You will partner directly with firm leadership to translate strategic priorities into compelling narratives that reinforce Riveron’s DELTA values—Drive, Excellence, Leadership, Teamwork, and Accountability—while fostering a cohesive, inclusive culture across a geographically dispersed workforce.
  • • You will design and execute a comprehensive internal communications strategy that leverages multiple channels—including SharePoint, Staffbase (Bananatag), video, newsletters, PowerPoint, email, virtual events, and printed materials—to ensure timely, consistent, and impactful messaging that resonates with diverse audiences across business segments, corporate functions, and global locations, including India-based colleagues.
  • • You will serve as the primary owner and administrator of the firm’s intranet, collaborating with Omnia to establish governance, curate high-quality content, and drive engagement through user-friendly design and timely updates, ensuring the platform remains a central hub for news, resources, and community building.
  • • You will lead the planning and execution of quarterly firmwide Town Hall meetings and other leadership calls, overseeing content strategy, speaker coordination, production logistics, and post-event follow-up to maximize clarity, engagement, and two-way dialogue.
  • • You will partner closely with HR, business segment leaders, and corporate functions to communicate key initiatives—such as DEI programs, performance management cycles, learning and development opportunities, and organizational changes—with authenticity and precision, tailoring messages to suit varying levels and functions.
  • • You will implement and analyze two-way communication mechanisms, including biannual employee engagement surveys, to gather feedback, measure sentiment, and drive continuous improvement in communication effectiveness and employee experience.
  • • You will create and manage a content calendar that balances routine updates with timely, high-impact announcements—such as win announcements, leadership transitions, and culture-building campaigns—ensuring all materials are professionally produced, brand-aligned, and accessible.
  • • You will mentor and support junior team members or contributors, fostering a collaborative environment where best practices in business writing, visual storytelling, and channel optimization are shared and elevated.
  • • You will stay current on emerging trends in internal communications, AI-assisted content tools (like ChatGPT Enterprise), and digital workplace innovations, applying insights to enhance efficiency, personalization, and reach.
  • • You will measure the impact of communications initiatives through data analysis—tracking open rates, engagement metrics, survey results, and usage analytics—to demonstrate ROI and inform iterative improvements.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in internal, executive, or corporate communications, with a proven track record of developing and executing strategies that inspire and engage employees.
  • • Demonstrated expertise in creating multi-channel communication products, including video, newsletters, PowerPoint presentations, emails, virtual events, and intranet content, using tools such as SharePoint, Staffbase (Bananatag), Workday/Peakon, Asana, Excel, and Outlook.
  • • Certified SharePoint administrator preferred; strong operational and project management skills to ensure consistent throughput, detailed measurement, document management, and governance of communication deliverables.
  • • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with proven skill in tailoring tone, style, and messaging for diverse audiences—from executives to frontline staff—across global and cultural contexts.
  • • Experience leading or collaborating with global teams, including managing relationships with India-based colleagues, and fostering inclusive, transparent communication practices.
  • • Deep understanding of internal communications best practices, including two-way feedback mechanisms, employee engagement survey strategy, DEI communication, and change management storytelling.
