- • Join iCapital Network, a leading global financial technology company, as an International Client Solutions Analyst, focusing on the dynamic Latin America (LATAM) market.
- • This pivotal role is designed for a driven individual eager to contribute significantly to the expansion and success of our LATAM business by cultivating and nurturing relationships with new and existing prospects.
- • You will be instrumental in maintaining and growing our network of partners, primarily consisting of banks, independent broker-dealers, family offices, and smaller financial institutions across LATAM.
- • Your primary objective will be to help these institutions broaden their exposure to and offerings of alternative investments through iCapital's innovative platform.
- • A key aspect of this role involves extensive collaboration with our strategic partners in the region, including Unicorn Strategic Partners and Lynk Markets, to drive mutual growth and client success.
- • You will actively support the lead coverage team and Unicorn in pitching and onboarding new business opportunities, which includes the meticulous preparation of Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and the delivery of compelling platform demonstrations.
- • A significant part of your responsibility will be to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients and advisors.
- • This involves working closely with internal cross-functional teams and our partners to provide comprehensive training on the iCapital platform and offer dedicated, hands-on support during their initial trading activities.
- • You will play a crucial role in the development and successful rollout of Lynk ETNs, positioning them as a key alternative access point for alternative investments within the LATAM region.
- • You will be the first point of contact for inbound inquiries, diligently responding to client needs and thoroughly vetting new opportunities to ensure alignment with iCapital's strategic objectives.
- • Develop sophisticated presentations and conduct in-depth analysis to support internal strategic discussions, client meetings, and various project initiatives.
- • Foster and maintain robust internal relationships across iCapital, collaborating effectively with teams such as Research and Fund Management, Product Development, Enterprise Integration Group, Marketing, Legal, Regulatory and Compliance, Technology, and Operations.
- • Your collaborative efforts will be essential in achieving optimal client outcomes and building enduring, successful client relationships.
- • Act as a conduit for client and prospect feedback, channeling valuable insights back into the organization to drive improvements in solution delivery, enhance the overall client experience, and bolster our competitive edge in the market.
- • Contribute to the preparation of critical reporting for senior management and the Board of Directors, ensuring clear and concise communication of regional performance and strategic initiatives.

🎯 Requirements
- • 1-3+ years of experience in a business development, relationship management, or client-facing role, with a strong preference for international experience.
- • Fluency in Spanish is a mandatory requirement for this position.
- • Demonstrated knowledge of the alternative investments industry, including key stakeholders such as Administrators, Transfer Agents, and Custodians.
- • Prior exposure to private markets and/or hedge fund asset classes, coupled with an understanding of private wealth distribution channels, is highly desirable.
- • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts clearly and persuasively.
- • A strategic mindset, coupled with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
- • Excellent project management skills, demonstrating strong organizational abilities and a highly collaborative approach to strategic thinking.
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Salesforce is essential.
- • Proven client service skills, with a track record of effectively managing relationships with stakeholders and clients.
