📋 Description
- • As an International Payroll Analyst at Notion Labs, Inc., you will ensure accurate, on-time payroll processing for EMEA and APAC regions, maintaining compliance and reliability across a growing global workforce.
- • Day to day, you will prepare and reconcile monthly payrolls using HCM systems and local vendors, liaise with payroll support teams across time zones, process one-time payments and benefits, collaborate with People Ops, Benefits, and Accounting, and serve as the primary point of contact for employee payroll inquiries.
- • You will join a mission-driven team at Notion, where employees are empowered to shape the future of work through craftsmanship, innovation, and human-centered design in a hybrid work environment anchored in San Francisco or New York City.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in international payroll compliance, strengthen cross-functional collaboration, and contribute to process improvements that enhance employee trust and operational efficiency in a fast-paced, AI-integrated workplace.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of EMEA and/or APAC payroll processing experience for small to midsize organizations
- • Strong knowledge of EMEA and/or APAC payroll compliance and understanding of local payroll tax and labor laws
- • Proven experience managing vendors and ability to quickly adapt to new local payroll systems
- • Ability to self-manage and prioritize projects to completion in a fast-paced environment
- • Highly proficient in Excel (xlookups, vlookups, pivot tables, and formulas)
