- • As an International Tax Compliance Specialist at Ruby Labs Ltd., you will play a critical role in ensuring the company meets its global tax obligations across multiple jurisdictions while identifying opportunities to optimize its international tax position. This role is essential for maintaining compliance, minimizing risk, and supporting strategic financial decisions in a fast-growing, multinational tech organization.
- • You will work closely with the International Tax Compliance Manager, finance, legal, and external advisors to manage tax compliance, monitor evolving regulations, and implement tax-efficient structures across key regions including the US, EU (Cyprus, UK), and other jurisdictions where Ruby Labs operates.
- • Day to day, you will ensure compliance with all documentation requirements for intra-company and external transactions across all operating jurisdictions, maintaining accurate records of tax filings, correspondence with authorities, and supporting documentation.
- • You will continuously monitor and optimize the company’s tax structure in the US, Cyprus, and UK to ensure the most favorable tax treatment, analyzing cross-border flows and advising on adjustments to minimize tax liabilities while remaining fully compliant.
- • You will develop and implement strategies for efficient money flow within the organization, leveraging available tax relief instruments such as double tax treaty benefits and refund claims to maximize tax savings.
- • You will stay current with changes in international tax laws and regulations, including OECD guidelines, BEPS initiatives, Pillar One/Two, and EU ATAD, adapting the company’s tax strategy proactively in response to legislative developments.
- • You will conduct regular internal audits to assess tax compliance, identify risks or improvement areas, and provide actionable insights to management and stakeholders.
- • You will provide expert guidance to internal teams on tax-related matters, ensuring alignment with the company’s global tax strategy and supporting cross-functional initiatives.
- • You will liaise with external tax advisors, auditors, and legal counsel to validate tax positions, support audits, and ensure adherence to industry best practices and local regulatory requirements.

🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 4 years of experience in international tax compliance and planning, preferably in a multinational corporate or Big 4 advisory setting.
- • Comprehensive knowledge of international tax laws, transfer pricing, and cross-border transactions, with direct experience in US, EU, and UK tax regimes.
- • Proven ability to optimize tax structures and reduce liabilities using tax relief mechanisms, including double tax treaties and OECD-aligned strategies.
- • Strong understanding of BEPS initiatives, Pillar One/Two, EU ATAD, and other global tax developments, with the ability to interpret and apply regulatory changes.
- • Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills, with experience working alongside finance, legal, and external advisors.
