- • International Tax Lawyer at Skelar AS, a venture builder that creates consumer businesses in global markets across EdTech, Mental Health, Petcare, FashionTech, and more, with products recognized by Product Hunt and The Webby Awards and serving over 10 million users worldwide.
- • Conduct comprehensive tax analysis of complex international transactions and structures; design and implement optimal tax practices for group operations; analyze key legislation initiatives in international taxation; deliver tailored tax and structuring solutions for business initiatives such as market entry and product launches; advise cross-functional teams on tax implications of business decisions.
- • Join a Tax and Legal team that provides top-level legal support across all fields of law within a collaborative, high-impact environment where expertise is valued and growth is unlimited.
- • Develop expertise in international tax law while contributing to meaningful projects, including those supporting veterans through the Skelar Foundation, and gain access to unique learning programs, innovation platforms, and a network of founders and industry specialists.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in law firms, Big 4, or top-tier local/international companies in tax or related legal domains
- • Degree in law from a Ukrainian or foreign university
- • Fluent English
- • Initiative and willingness to handle diverse legal matters with creative problem-solving
- • Action-oriented, well-organized, self-starter mindset
- • Ability to translate complex legal issues into clear business solutions
- • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
