- • As an Inventory Accounting Manager at Solink Corporation, you will own end-to-end inventory accuracy across all accounts, partners, and regions, ensuring financial reporting integrity and compliance with IFRS standards.
- • You will lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end inventory close activities, including reconciliations, variance analysis, root-cause investigations, journal entries, and audit-ready documentation, while partnering with Operations, Deployment, Sales Ops, Supply Chain, and external partners to resolve discrepancies.
- • You will work within Solink’s Finance department, a growing and innovative team supporting a fast-scaling SaaS company trusted by over 30,000 locations globally, including major brands like McDonald’s and JYSK.
- • You will develop expertise in inventory accounting, asset lifecycle management, financial controls, and process automation, gaining visibility into cross-functional operations and contributing to gross margin accuracy and audit readiness.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in inventory management, account management, finance, or operations
- • Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for reconciliations, pivots, and lookups
- • Experience with ERP, inventory management systems, and ordering systems/CRM
- • Experience supporting audits or compliance initiatives
- • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and investigate discrepancies
- • Comfortable owning problems end-to-end and driving resolution
