• • Conduct detailed financial modeling and market size analysis to assess revenue models, projected growth, and economic viability of digital asset ventures, prioritizing data-backed insights over market hype.
• • Author clear, concise, and data-driven investment memos that synthesize complex technical and financial information into actionable recommendations for the executive committee.
• • Lead initial discovery calls and in-depth evaluation meetings with founders of Web3 ventures, assessing their operational grit, product judgment, technical execution, and alignment with market trends.
• • Manage a high-volume, real-time deal pipeline by tracking hundreds of active opportunities, maintaining detailed records, and ensuring no critical detail is lost across multiple platforms and communication channels.
• • Provide ongoing operational support to active portfolio companies, including monitoring performance dashboards, connecting them with internal resources, and assisting with strategic growth initiatives.
• • Maintain constant awareness of shifts in the Web3 landscape, including evolving smart contract risks, decentralized infrastructure changes, and community sentiment dynamics across global digital networks.
• • Work 7 days a week with high flexibility to respond to real-time market movements, founder availability across time zones, and urgent due diligence requests.
• • Process all compensation and transactional interactions exclusively in digital assets (USDC/USDT), ensuring full familiarity with blockchain-based payment systems and wallet management.
• • Operate autonomously in a fully remote environment, self-managing priorities, deadlines, and communication workflows without oversight or structured scheduling.
• • Demonstrate native fluency in Web3 ecosystems, including familiarity with Layer 1 and Layer 2 protocols, decentralized exchanges, token standards, governance mechanisms, and on-chain analytics tools.
• • Identify subtle signals of emerging trends—such as unusual developer activity, community engagement spikes, or protocol usage anomalies—that precede broader market recognition.
• • Apply extreme attention to detail in every deliverable, from transaction analysis to founder communication, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and precision across all investment-related tasks.
