📋 Description

• As an Invoice Auditor for Freight Audit at Trimble Inc., you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of global trade operations. • Your primary responsibility will involve auditing freight invoices using Trimble's sophisticated web platform. This requires a keen eye for detail to confirm billing accuracy and ensure that all charges are correct and justified. You will delve into complex shipment data, analyzing it to uncover opportunities for enhancing logistics efficiency for our diverse international clientele.
• A significant aspect of this role is verifying the logic behind financial calculations. This demands a strong understanding of numerical data and the ability to ensure high-quality data integrity, which is paramount in the transportation and logistics industry. 🎯 Requirements

• Intermediate English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Proven experience using Google Sheets or MS Excel for data analysis and manipulation.
• Strong analytical thinking skills with a high degree of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to learn quickly and manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience using JIRA software (Bonus).
• Basic knowledge of the Logistics or transportation industry (Bonus).
