- • Serve as the primary Business Systems Analyst for Ironclad Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) implementations and enhancements across Legal, Procurement, Sales, and IT teams.
- • Gather, analyze, and document detailed business and functional requirements for Ironclad workflows, templates, forms, approval processes, and reporting structures.
- • Partner directly with cross-functional stakeholders to identify inefficiencies in contract lifecycle processes and recommend scalable Ironclad-based solutions.
- • Configure Ironclad platform components including workflows, conditional logic, document templates, approval routing, and custom fields to align with business needs.
- • Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications for technical development teams to ensure accurate implementation.
- • Lead and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by designing test cases, coordinating participant feedback, and managing defect resolution.
- • Collaborate with integration teams to connect Ironclad with enterprise applications such as Salesforce, Workday, SAP, or DocuSign.
- • Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation, user guides, training materials, and knowledge base articles for end users.
- • Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization within contract management workflows to reduce manual effort and improve compliance.
- • Provide ongoing production support for Ironclad platform issues, enhancements, and system upgrades.
- • Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives to ensure timely delivery of platform improvements.
- • Act as the liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- • Conduct process mapping exercises to visualize current-state and future-state contract management workflows.
- • Ensure all implemented solutions adhere to governance standards, audit requirements, and internal compliance policies.
- • Support change management initiatives by facilitating training sessions and communicating system updates to end users.
- • Monitor platform usage and performance metrics to recommend data-driven improvements and feature adoption strategies.
- • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Ironclad platform releases, new features, and best practices for CLM system administration.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Functional Consultant
- • Hands-on experience with Ironclad CLM implementations or administration
- • Strong understanding of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) processes
- • Experience gathering business requirements and creating functional documentation
- • Knowledge of workflow configuration, templates, forms, and approval processes in Ironclad
- • Experience supporting integrations with enterprise applications
