📋 Description

• Design, configure, and implement Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solutions using the Ironclad platform based on business requirements from Legal, Procurement, Sales, and IT stakeholders.
• Build and customize workflows, approvals, templates, forms, and playbooks within Ironclad to automate legal and business processes.
• Develop integrations between Ironclad and enterprise applications such as Salesforce, Workday, DocuSign, Slack, and SAP using REST APIs and webhooks.
• Write custom scripts and automation logic in JavaScript, JSON, or similar technologies to enhance Ironclad platform functionality.
• Troubleshoot production issues in existing Ironclad implementations and optimize performance, security, and governance compliance.
• Perform unit testing, deployment, and post-production support for all Ironclad configurations and integrations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Procurement, Sales, IT, and business teams to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all configurations, integrations, and release processes.
• Support release management activities and ensure adherence to Ironclad best practices for platform security and governance.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum environments to deliver iterative improvements and respond to changing business needs.
• Ensure all implemented solutions align with organizational standards for data integrity, auditability, and compliance.
• Provide ongoing support and training to end users on new and existing Ironclad features and workflows.
• Identify opportunities to streamline contract processes through automation and platform enhancements.
• Monitor system performance and proactively address bottlenecks or failures in automated workflows.
• Work remotely as a contract developer with full accountability for deliverables and timelines.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience
• Hands-on experience implementing and configuring Ironclad CLM
• Strong understanding of Ironclad Workflow Designer, templates, forms, and approvals
• Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and system integrations
• Proficiency in JavaScript, JSON, SQL, or similar technologies
• Experience integrating Ironclad with enterprise applications such as Salesforce, Workday, DocuSign, SAP, or Slack
