• • In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in overseeing the daily administration, monitoring, and continuous improvement of critical Office 365 and Azure services, including Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Exchange Online. Your responsibilities will extend to actively participating in complex migrations and contributing to the strategic design of new services, ensuring our client stays at the forefront of technological innovation. You will be a key player in architecting and deploying robust solutions that enhance productivity and streamline workflows across the organization.
• • A significant aspect of this position involves the development and optimization of automation and low-code solutions. You will harness the power of the Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate, alongside SharePoint tools, to create elegant and efficient applications that automate repetitive tasks, improve IT service delivery, and directly support business objectives. This hands-on development work will require a creative approach to problem-solving and a deep understanding of how technology can drive business value.
• • Collaboration is at the heart of this role. You will work closely with Solution Architects, various IT teams, and diverse business stakeholders to meticulously plan, design, and implement new technical solutions. Your ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences will be crucial for success.
