📋 Description

• • As an IT Cyber Defense Analyst at Harris Computer Systems Corporation, you will play a critical role in safeguarding enterprise systems by detecting, analyzing, and responding to security threats in a dynamic, remote-first environment based in Pune-Baroda, India.
• • Day to day, you will triage security incidents from SOC analysts, analyze system logs and threat intelligence, optimize SIEM rule sets to reduce false positives, coordinate vulnerability remediation with business units, and assist in maintaining incident response procedures while working in rotational 24/7 shifts.
• • You will join a dedicated cybersecurity team within Harris Computer Systems Corporation, a global provider of specialized software and services, where collaboration across IT, solutions development, and corporate IT is essential to proactive threat defense and compliance.
• • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in enterprise security tools like SIEM, EDR/XDR, SOAR, and firewalls, gain hands-on experience with MITRE ATT&CK and Cyber Kill Chain frameworks, and develop leadership and communication skills through cross-functional coordination and reporting to senior stakeholders.
