- • Provide hands-on IT support for in-office and remote employees by resolving Help Desk tickets with a focus on customer service and timely resolution.
- • Administer and support FluidStack’s MDM fleet, including macOS, iOS, and Windows devices, ensuring proper configuration, updates, and compliance.
- • Troubleshoot basic network connectivity issues and A/V systems in office environments to maintain seamless operations.
- • Manage and optimize Okta identity platform, including user provisioning, group management, and SaaS application integrations, with preference for Okta Identity Engine (OIE) experience.
- • Support daily procurement and asset management processes, coordinating hardware purchases, tracking device lifecycle stages from acquisition to decommission, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- • Create and maintain clear, organized, and accessible IT documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences, ensuring knowledge is easily retrievable and up to date.
- • Contribute to IT projects by managing priorities, executing tasks, and providing regular updates to stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
- • Support security hygiene initiatives, including periodic access reviews, identity verification, and basic identity security tasks to safeguard company systems.
- • Facilitate employee and contractor onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring timely provisioning and deprovisioning of access and devices.
- • Develop simple, reliable automations using available tools to reduce manual workflows and improve operational efficiency across IT functions.
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure IT systems support business needs, with emphasis on usability, reliability, and scalability.
- • Maintain familiarity with core SaaS platforms including Google Workspace and Office 365, ensuring proper configuration and user support.
- • Utilize Atlassian tools (Jira and Confluence) for project tracking and documentation management to support team workflows and knowledge sharing.
- • Participate in continuous improvement of IT processes by identifying inefficiencies and proposing practical, scalable solutions.
🎯 Requirements
- • Practical experience administering Okta, including users, groups, and basic app integrations (OIE a plus)
- • Strong knowledge of Google Workspace, with some exposure to Office 365
- • Hands-on MDM experience with macOS and Windows, ideally with Iru (formerly Kandji)
- • Ability to support macOS, iOS, and Windows devices
- • Familiarity with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) for documentation and project management
- • Experience participating in procurement and asset management processes
