- • Provide hands-on IT support for in-office and remote employees by resolving Help Desk tickets efficiently while maintaining high customer service standards.
- • Administer and support FluidStack’s MDM fleet of macOS, iOS, and Windows devices, ensuring configuration, compliance, and performance.
- • Troubleshoot basic network connectivity issues and A/V systems within in-office environments to maintain operational continuity.
- • Manage and optimize Okta identity platform, including user provisioning, group management, and SaaS application integrations (OIE experience preferred).
- • Administer Google Workspace and provide support for Office 365 environments as needed for user access and collaboration tools.
- • Coordinate end-to-end hardware procurement, asset tracking, and lifecycle management from purchase to decommissioning, maintaining accurate inventory records.
- • Create and maintain clear, accessible IT documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences, ensuring knowledge is easily discoverable and up to date.
- • Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including device provisioning, access provisioning, and account deactivation.
- • Contribute to IT projects by managing priorities, executing tasks, and providing regular updates to stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
- • Support basic security hygiene practices, including periodic access reviews and identity-related security tasks to uphold organizational security posture.
- • Develop simple, reliable automations using available tools to reduce manual workflows and improve operational efficiency across IT processes.
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure IT systems align with company-wide operational needs and security requirements.
- • Maintain organized and standardized IT procedures through documentation, process refinement, and continuous improvement initiatives.
🎯 Requirements
- • Practical experience administering Okta, including users, groups, and basic app integrations (OIE a plus)
- • Strong knowledge of Google Workspace, with some exposure to Office 365
- • Hands-on MDM experience with macOS and Windows, ideally with Iru (formerly Kandji)
- • Ability to support macOS, iOS, and Windows devices
- • Familiarity with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) for documentation and project management
- • Experience participating in procurement and asset management processes
