- • Lead end-to-end selection, commissioning, and steady-state operations of the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) for inverter assembly, including configuration of work order routing, station definitions, operator workflows, genealogy rules, and test data capture for PCBA integration, mechanical assembly, HiPot/functional/burn-in testing, and pack-out.
- • Own integration between MES and shop floor systems including barcode scanners, label printers, torque tools, test stations, vision systems, and PLCs, ensuring seamless data flow and operational continuity.
- • Manage MES vendor relationships at the site level, including SOWs, change requests, support escalations, and performance tracking.
- • Coordinate with Corporate IT to ensure successful MES-to-Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP integration, being accountable for plant-side functionality and data accuracy.

- • Partner with Manufacturing Engineering on new product introduction (NPI), routing changes, and station builds to ensure IT readiness.
- • Collaborate with Quality teams to enable serialized traceability, genealogy queries, NCR workflows, and audit readiness through MES data.
- • Work with the corporate ERP team to align MES data flows with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, ensuring accurate production reporting and inventory tracking.
- • Coordinate with End User Services, Infrastructure, and Security teams on identity and access management, endpoint policies, and shared infrastructure.
- • Partner with Facilities on power, cabling, IDFs, and environmental conditions to support reliable IT and OT system operation.
- • Operate hands-on daily — including racking switches, troubleshooting scanners, configuring printers, and walking operators through workflows on the production floor.
