📋 Description

• Deliver hands-on IT support to employees in Harvey’s New York City office, ensuring seamless access to technology tools and systems from onboarding through offboarding.
• Manage end-to-end employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including provisioning and deprovisioning access to SaaS platforms, distributing hardware, and ensuring secure data handling.
• Provide white-glove technical support via Slack, ticketing systems, and in-person interactions, prioritizing speed, empathy, and resolution for employees at all levels.
• Administer and optimize core SaaS platforms including Google Workspace, Okta (SSO/MFA), Slack, Zoom, and MDM solutions (Jamf/Intune) to maintain secure, reliable access across devices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with laptops, peripherals, printers, video conferencing systems, networking, and enterprise applications in a hybrid work environment.
• Maintain and update IT asset inventory, coordinating hardware procurement, repairs, upgrades, and disposal in compliance with company policies.
• Support corporate events and hybrid meetings by setting up, testing, and troubleshooting A/V equipment to ensure high-quality audiovisual experiences.
• Identify recurring technology issues through root cause analysis and propose systemic improvements to enhance reliability and reduce repeat support requests.
• Collaborate with IT, engineering, and security teams to integrate processes, improve documentation, and implement automation initiatives that scale support as the company grows.
• Proactively anticipate technology needs and resolve issues before they impact productivity, demonstrating a service-first mindset across all employee interactions.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of IT operational workflows, knowledge base articles, and standard operating procedures to improve team efficiency and consistency.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align IT operations with broader business goals, ensuring technology enables productivity and security across a fast-scaling AI company.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in IT support within a fast-paced startup or tech environment
• Strong proficiency with Okta (SSO/MFA), Google Workspace administration, and macOS device management via Jamf or Intune
• Hands-on scripting or automation experience using Python, Bash, or similar tools to streamline IT tasks beyond basic helpdesk functions
• Excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to support senior leaders and cross-functional teams with clarity and patience
• Proactive, employee-first mindset with initiative to identify and resolve issues before they are reported
• Comfort working in a high-growth, ambiguous environment where priorities shift rapidly and resourcefulness is essential
