IT Operations Lead

📋 Description

• • As an IT Operations Lead at Civitta, you will play a critical role in ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of the organization’s IT infrastructure across multiple countries, directly supporting the delivery of consulting, digital, funding, and public sector transformation projects in Central and Eastern Europe, Central Asia, the Caucasus, and beyond.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing IT systems and networks, overseeing hardware and software deployments, ensuring cybersecurity compliance, providing technical support to internal teams, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining IT service continuity to enable smooth operations across Civitta’s global headquarters and country teams.
• • You will join Civitta’s Headquarters team, which supports daily operations across HR, recruitment, marketing, finance, administration, legal, and other internal functions, working in a structured, problem-solving environment where challenging assumptions and driving practical solutions are valued.
• • In this role, you will develop leadership and strategic IT management skills, gain experience in multinational IT operations within a fast-paced international consulting firm, and contribute to enabling Civitta’s mission through reliable and secure technology infrastructure.
