- • As an IT Operations Specialist at Voize, your primary mission is to ensure our internal IT operations are seamless, efficient, and scalable, empowering every employee to be productive from their very first day. You will be instrumental in optimizing the entire employee IT lifecycle, from initial onboarding and device provisioning to ongoing access management and eventual offboarding. This role demands a proactive approach to automating and standardizing IT processes, significantly reducing the need for manual intervention and minimizing operational friction. You will act as the key process owner for Joiner/Mover/Leaver (JML) workflows, collaborating closely with our HR, Security, and Compliance teams to guarantee smooth transitions and maintain robust security postures. Your efforts will directly contribute to reliable IT service delivery, including the effective handling of incidents, managing escalations, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across all IT operations. Furthermore, you will be responsible for maintaining comprehensive documentation, creating runbooks, and tracking key operational metrics, all of which are crucial for supporting our company's growth and ensuring compliance during audits.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will be dynamic and challenging, ensuring no two days are exactly alike. You will take ownership of and actively scale our IT operations, encompassing the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, managing the complete device lifecycle, and overseeing all aspects of access management. It is important to note that this role requires your presence in the office multiple times per week to effectively manage these responsibilities. A significant part of your role will involve driving automation and standardization across all IT processes, with the goal of minimizing manual effort and increasing efficiency. You will serve as the dedicated process owner for Joiner/Mover/Leaver (JML) workflows, working in close partnership with the HR, Security, and Compliance departments to ensure these critical transitions are handled flawlessly. Ensuring the reliability of our IT service delivery is paramount; this includes proactively handling incidents, managing escalations effectively, and implementing strategies for continuous improvement to enhance our IT infrastructure and support systems. You will also be tasked with maintaining clear and up-to-date documentation, developing comprehensive runbooks for various IT procedures, and tracking key operational metrics that will provide insights into our performance and support future audits and strategic planning.
