IT Security Support Engineer

📋 Description

• • As an IT Security Support Engineer specializing in Identity and Access Management (IAM), you will support and improve access, permissions, and identity workflows across complex enterprise systems, ensuring secure and reliable identity operations in a security-as-code environment.
• • Day to day, you will monitor and support security change requests via pull requests, review and track changes through CI/CD pipelines, provision and manage user access to internal and cloud resources, manage permissions and team memberships in IAM systems like Okta and LDAP, troubleshoot access issues for technical and non-technical users, provision and manage secrets, authorize bots and service accounts, communicate status updates across teams, and maintain up-to-date documentation.
