- • Provide hands-on technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network issues across multiple operating systems and applications.
- • Maintain and manage IT assets including laptops, desktops, peripherals, and mobile devices with accurate inventory tracking.
- • Troubleshoot and resolve user-reported issues related to SaaS platforms, identity providers, and cloud-based services.
- • Configure and manage MDM solutions such as JAMF and Intune for endpoint device compliance and security policies.
- • Administer SaaS identity and access management systems including SAML, OAuth, OIDC, and Okta for secure user provisioning and deprovisioning.
- • Document all support procedures, resolutions, and system configurations to ensure knowledge sharing and audit readiness.
- • Collaborate with engineering teams to implement new technologies and improve IT infrastructure reliability and performance.
- • Participate in projects aimed at enhancing IT service delivery, automation, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- • Respond to urgent IT incidents with urgency and precision to minimize downtime and maintain employee productivity.
- • Act as a liaison between end users and internal technical teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
- • Ensure all IT systems adhere to company security standards and compliance frameworks.
- • Support onboarding and offboarding processes by provisioning and deprovisioning access to systems and applications.
- • Maintain a high standard of customer service in an engineering-centric environment with a focus on clear communication and user satisfaction.
- • Work in-office four days per week (Tuesday designated as remote day) at the Bellevue office location.
- • Stay current with evolving IT tools, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), and industry best practices.
- • Contribute to continuous improvement of IT support workflows and service desk operations.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of experience supporting critical IT systems and services that enable user productivity
- • Experience troubleshooting across multiple client operating systems and application platforms
- • Experience with basic networking configuration and troubleshooting
- • Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality documentation
- • Action-oriented mindset with a strong willingness to learn
- • Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in an engineering-centric environment
