📋 Description

• As an IT Support Coordinator at Vida Health Inc., you will serve as the first line of support for end users, ensuring they have the tools and assistance needed to stay productive in a mission-driven healthcare technology environment.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities will include equipment provisioning, user access management, endpoint maintenance, and providing technical support for hardware, software, and IT systems while adhering to security best practices.
• You will be a core member of Vida’s IT team, supporting a virtual, personalized obesity care provider that combines advanced technology with expert healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes and break down barriers to care.
• In this role, you will develop deep expertise in IT operations within a fast-growing healthcare tech company, gain experience managing device lifecycles and user support at scale, and contribute directly to enabling employees to deliver high-quality virtual care to patients nationwide.
