📋 Description

• • Lead and actively contribute to a software engineering team building shared services and APIs that power next-generation clinical trial technologies for cardiac and respiratory products, directly impacting scalability, reliability, and delivery speed across 20+ agile squads.
• • Stay hands-on in the code through architecture spikes, code reviews, and targeted implementation while leading by example in a player-coach role that values scrappy execution, bias to ship, and comfort with ambiguity.
• • Champion the adoption of agentic AI tools by demonstrating their value in daily engineering work, fostering a culture that defaults to AI-augmented workflows without top-down mandates.
• • Drive technical consistency and acceleration by evolving reusable capabilities, integration patterns, and platform standards in partnership with product, architecture, QA, and cross-functional teams.
• • Own roadmap execution and team development by managing timelines, coaching senior engineers, contributing to hiring, and serving as an L4 escalation point for production incidents.
• • Design and evolve high-volume backend services and device-driven REST APIs with focus on observability, performance optimization, async patterns, and secure development practices.
• • Support production systems through troubleshooting, incident response, and coordination while maintaining early morning availability for collaboration with teams in Europe and India.
