  • • Own day-to-day IT support for a globally distributed team, triaging and resolving hardware, software, access, and network issues across time zones
  • • Manage end-to-end employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring rapid productivity for new hires and clean deprovisioning of devices and access for departing employees
  • • Build and maintain internal documentation, runbooks, and self-serve workflows to reduce repetitive support requests and improve employee experience
  • • Operate a reliable ticketing and prioritization system with clear communication, consistent follow-through, and timely resolution of incidents
  • • Administer Okta for identity and access management, including group strategy, app assignments, SSO configurations, and access request workflows
  • • Manage endpoint fleet operations using Workspace ONE, including device provisioning, configuration baselines, patching, encryption posture, and inventory hygiene
  • • Oversee laptop lifecycle management: procurement, standard build deployment, repairs, replacements, asset tracking, and secure disposal
  • • Partner with Security to enforce MFA policies, conduct access reviews, implement device posture controls, and support incident response while maintaining low-friction operations
  • • Administer Google Workspace for user lifecycle management, group configurations, shared drive permissions, and baseline security standards
  • • Manage Slack workspace operations, including access controls, role-based administration, and configuration that balances productivity with security
  • • Maintain accurate inventory of internal SaaS tools, track ownership, and monitor renewal timelines to reduce vendor sprawl
  • • Support rollout of new internal tools with clear planning, documentation, and stakeholder coordination
  • • Partner with Security, Engineering, and Operations to translate security and operational requirements into practical IT workflows
  • • Identify operational gaps and lead improvement projects such as automating onboarding, enhancing device compliance reporting, or clarifying system ownership
  • • Provide visibility into IT health through lightweight metrics and regular updates on recurring issues and system improvements
  • • Maintain a secure, well-documented, and easy-to-operate internal environment that enables a fast-moving, remote-first team
  • • Work closely with Engineering and Security to ensure internal systems are secure by default and aligned with enterprise-scale needs
  • • Continuously learn and adapt to new tools, systems, and processes to keep IT operations efficient and scalable

🎯 Requirements

  • • 3+ years of experience in IT support, IT operations, or a closely related role, ideally in a fast-moving, remote-first environment
  • • Hands-on experience administering Okta (or a similar identity provider) and implementing practical access management workflows
  • • Hands-on experience with modern MDM tooling, ideally Workspace ONE (or equivalent), including provisioning and configuration enforcement
  • • Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace administration and common endpoints (macOS strongly preferred)
  • • Excellent written and verbal communication skills — ability to explain technical steps clearly and keep stakeholders informed without overloading them
  • • Strong ownership and judgment — ability to prioritize, handle ambiguity, and build systems that reduce future work
