- • Provide first and second line IT support to employees across global offices, resolving hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner.
- • Manage and maintain corporate IT infrastructure including desktops, laptops, printers, phones, and peripheral devices.
- • Configure and deploy new employee equipment with standardized OS images, applications, and security policies.
- • Troubleshoot and resolve connectivity issues related to Wi-Fi, VPN, firewalls, and corporate network services.
- • Assist with user account management across Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and single sign-on systems.
- • Monitor and respond to IT service tickets through the designated helpdesk system, ensuring SLAs are met and user satisfaction is maintained.
- • Collaborate with third-party vendors for hardware repairs, software licensing, and service escalations.
- • Document all support activities, resolutions, and known issues in the IT knowledge base for team reference and training.
- • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of IT security protocols including endpoint protection, patch management, and access controls.
- • Support the transition from human-operated systems to AI-native infrastructure by providing feedback on automation opportunities and user pain points.
- • Participate in on-call rotation for critical outages outside standard business hours.
- • Conduct basic user training on corporate tools, security best practices, and new system rollouts.
- • Work closely with the global IT team to ensure consistency in support standards across all 17 international offices.
- • Assist in inventory management of IT assets, including tracking, labeling, and disposal in compliance with company policy.
- • Maintain awareness of emerging IT trends and technologies relevant to fintech infrastructure and AI-driven systems.
- • Ensure all IT operations align with Unlimit’s mission to build a borderless global financial ecosystem through reliable, scalable technology.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in first and second line IT support within a corporate environment
- • Strong proficiency in Windows and macOS operating systems
- • Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and VPN solutions
- • Ability to troubleshoot network connectivity and hardware issues
- • Familiarity with helpdesk ticketing systems and ITIL best practices
- • Willingness to participate in on-call rotations
