  • • As an IT Support Engineer at Cyara Inc., you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless operation of technology infrastructure that supports the company’s mission to eradicate bad customer experience through AI-powered assurance solutions.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include providing technical support to employees across Hyderabad and global offices, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, managing user accounts and access permissions, maintaining IT inventory, and assisting with the setup and configuration of workstations, peripherals, and mobile devices.
  • • You will be part of a dynamic, globally distributed IT team that values collaboration, innovation, and integrity, working closely with engineers, product teams, and operations to ensure minimal downtime and optimal performance of internal systems.
  • • In this role, you will develop strong technical problem-solving skills, gain exposure to enterprise-grade IT environments in a fast-growing tech company, and build expertise in supporting modern workplace technologies while contributing to a culture of reliability and user satisfaction.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience in IT support or desktop support roles
  • • Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems
  • • Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, and basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
  • • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for assisting non-technical users
  • • Ability to document issues clearly and follow ITIL-based processes
  • • Willingness to work in a hybrid or on-site model in Hyderabad
