- • As an IT Support Engineer at Tenable, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless technology operations for a global cybersecurity leader, directly supporting employee productivity and security across international teams.
- • Day to day, you will diagnose and resolve complex technical issues on Windows and macOS systems, provide high-touch support to executives and remote staff, leverage AI tools to streamline documentation, manage endpoint security and patching, onboard new hires with hardware and access provisioning, maintain office infrastructure including networks and conferencing tools, and collaborate with global IT, InfoSec, and Networking teams to uphold IT standards.

🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of technical support experience in a fast-paced or global high-tech environment
- • Strong expertise in configuring and troubleshooting Windows and macOS environments, including VMs, Active Directory, and DNS
- • Hands-on experience with MSP/MDM tools like JAMF, BigFix, and ticketing systems such as ServiceNow
- • Solid understanding of TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, and common information security practices
- • Superior customer service and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
- • Ability to lead or participate in internal IT projects independently
