📋 Description

• As an IT Support Specialist at Brinc Ltd., you will build the foundation of the IT Help Desk for an innovative public safety technology company that creates life-saving tools like drones and 911 response networks used by over 600 agencies across America.
• You will lead IT support for engineering, manufacturing, and corporate teams by deploying and managing identity, access, and device management across macOS, Windows, and Linux environments, building standard OS images, enforcing patch and EDR policies, owning the Service Management Help Desk, and managing the full device lifecycle from procurement to secure decommission.
• You will join a mission-driven team at Brinc that values innovation, moving fast, listening to end-users, and saving lives through technology, working closely with Security and HR to ensure seamless IT operations as the company scales.
• In this role, you will develop expertise in enterprise endpoint management, helpdesk automation, cross-platform IT administration, and security compliance while creating scalable processes and documentation that support a growing hardware and software infrastructure.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of IT support experience in a multi-OS environment
• Hands-on experience with JumpCloud, Jamf, Intune, or Kandji (JumpCloud preferred)
• Administration-level proficiency in macOS, Windows 10/11, and Ubuntu/Debian Linux
• Experience managing patch cycles and EDR deployment across a mixed device fleet
• Google Workspace administration experience
• Jira Service Management experience – able to own and configure an IT helpdesk project
• Excellent written documentation habits
