📋 Description

• • As an IT Systems & A/V Engineer at Whatnot, you will play a critical role in supporting the company's rapid growth by ensuring reliable, secure, and efficient technology infrastructure across global operations, enabling seamless collaboration and employee productivity.
• • Day to day, you will engage stakeholders to implement and maintain corporate applications, automate IT workflows using tools like Zapier, manage access via Workday and Okta, support hybrid work environments, and provide onsite AV and networking support for events and offices, including designing and troubleshooting Dante-based audio systems.
• • You will join a fast-moving, remote co-located IT team within a high-growth startup backed by top investors, working closely with Security, Finance, Marketing/Events, and People teams to deliver consistent, high-quality internal IT service across hubs in the US, UK, Ireland, Poland, Germany, and Australia.
• • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in enterprise IT systems, automation, and live event AV production, while gaining experience in scaling processes for a global workforce and influencing cross-functional initiatives without formal authority.
