📋 Description

• Java Developer role focused on delivering scalable enterprise systems and digital transformation platforms for banking and financial services clients
• Day-to-day responsibilities include developing, testing, and maintaining Java-based applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to end-to-end IT consulting services from team augmentation to custom software development
• Part of Qualysoft’s global team of 500+ software engineers with offices in Bucharest and international presence across Europe and Asia, specializing in BSFI, Telecom, Retail, and other industries
• Opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies including AI, Cloud, DevOps, and Test Automation while gaining experience in enterprise-grade systems for major financial institutions and contributing to long-term client partnerships in a stable, innovation-driven environment

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in Java programming language
• Experience with enterprise software development
• Knowledge of software engineering best practices
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, client-focused environment
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle processes
