📋 Description

• Design, code, and implement scalable software solutions using modern software development patterns within functional teams or limited business areas.
• Translate complex technical requirements into executable code using Java and related technologies to deliver software solutions.
• Design and implement high-performance software systems using documented algorithms and optimization techniques within defined functional domains.
• Build and deploy medium-to-high complexity software applications even when requirements are unclear or incomplete.
• Demonstrate expert-level proficiency in Java 8+ and apply object-oriented programming principles and design patterns with awareness of their benefits and limitations.
• Architect and select appropriate technology stacks for software systems, ensuring alignment with scalability, reliability, and performance goals.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs with solid experience in design, implementation, and documentation.
• Work with both relational and non-relational databases, including database architecture and distributed transaction management.
• Apply distributed architecture principles to solve challenges related to performance, scale, and system reliability.
• Build and deploy microservices-based applications with a focus on modularity, independence, and inter-service communication.
• Implement cloud-based (AWS) and on-premises deployments, including CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and observability practices.
• Utilize containers (Docker) and orchestration tools (Kubernetes) for application deployment and management.
• Manage build automation using Maven, Gradle, or Ant for packaging and dependency resolution.
• Practice Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) using tools such as Cucumber and Postman.
• Lead and coach junior engineers on software engineering best practices, code quality, and architectural standards.
• Collaborate in Agile/Scrum teams to deliver iterative software increments with continuous feedback and improvement.
• Maintain expertise in version control systems, particularly Git, for collaborative development and codebase integrity.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and demonstrate curiosity through continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
• Contribute to the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including security, infrastructure as code, and operational readiness.

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent understanding of Java 8+
• Excellent knowledge of OOP and design patterns, including benefits and limitations
• Excellent understanding of data structures and algorithms, Big O notation, and performance analysis
• Excellent knowledge of Spring and Spring Boot
• Solid experience in building RESTful APIs
• Experience working with containers (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)
