📋 Description
- • This freelance Journalist – AI Trainer role at 10Xteam Inc. offers a unique opportunity for experienced PR specialists and journalists based in the EU or UK to apply their media and communication expertise to improve advanced AI systems, ensuring AI-generated content reflects real-world journalistic integrity, factual accuracy, and professional communication standards.
- • You will work 8–20 hours per week remotely, reviewing and refining AI-generated responses related to media, communications, and public narratives; evaluating outputs for factual accuracy, clarity, tone, balance, and editorial quality; drafting realistic media scenarios such as crisis communications, press releases, executive statements, investigative angles, or reputation management situations; creating variations of the same scenario from different perspectives (e.g., journalist, editor, PR director, spokesperson, corporate communications lead); and identifying weaknesses in sourcing logic, narrative framing, bias, messaging coherence, or reputational risk assessment.

🎯 Requirements
- • Several years of experience in journalism, public relations, corporate communications, or media strategy
- • Based in the EU or UK with eligibility to work remotely
- • Available to commit 8–20 hours per week alongside current professional engagements
- • Comfortable identifying weak sourcing, biased framing, unclear messaging, or reputational blind spots in media content
- • Experienced in areas such as crisis communication, press relations, investigative reporting, brand reputation, or public affairs
- • Able to start in the coming weeks and complete a guided screening process including an AI-based interview, written evaluation, and compliance check
