• • As a Jr. Corporate Loan Processor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of corporate loans, providing essential support to underwriters and loan officers.
• • Your primary responsibility will be to deliver high-quality customer service by meticulously verifying all necessary documentation required for loan underwriting.
• • You will be the key point of contact for ordering and managing third-party documentation, requiring direct and effective communication with customers, loan officers, junior processors, senior processors, and underwriters.
• • A significant aspect of this role involves ensuring loan applications are complete, accurate, and compliant with all relevant mortgage-related regulations, including RESPA, TIL, HMDA, and Regulation B.
• • You will proactively communicate with various external companies to obtain critical documents such as Property Surveys, Flood Certificates, Title Commitments, and payoff information, ensuring all vendor orders are complete and invoices are properly processed and filed.
• • Effective pipeline management is essential; you will be responsible for completing and submitting reports within designated turn-around times, contributing to the overall efficiency of the loan processing department.
• • You will actively assist in the initial setup of loans, laying the groundwork for successful processing and closing.
• • This role also involves collaborating with the closing, secondary marketing, and loan servicing departments to obtain and clear outstanding suspense items from CCM investors, ensuring a seamless post-closing process.
• • You will be instrumental in gathering the necessary documentation to clear these outstanding suspense items, not only for loans you have processed but also potentially for loans handled by other team members during transition periods.
• • The position requires a proactive and adaptable approach, with the availability to work varying hours and overtime as needed to meet business demands and ensure timely loan closings.
