📋 Description

• • As a Jr Customer Success Manager SaaS, you will play a key role in ensuring restaurant clients successfully adopt and derive value from a digital operations platform used by major chains like McDonald’s, Domino’s Pizza, and Vips. Your work directly impacts customer retention, operational efficiency, and satisfaction in the food service industry.
• • Day to day, you will guide clients through implementation, configure the platform to match their operational needs, train restaurant teams on usage, analyze workflows for improvements (including HACCP compliance), monitor adoption, and identify expansion opportunities while collaborating with Sales, Product, and OpEx teams.
• • You will join a dynamic, innovative retail channel solutions provider serving leading restaurant brands across Spain and Latin America, working remotely as part of a client-facing team focused on operational excellence and customer success.
• • In this role, you will develop expertise in SaaS customer onboarding, process optimization in food service operations, cross-functional collaboration, and client relationship management — building a strong foundation for growth in customer success or operations roles.
