📋 Description

• • The role of Junior Advanced Data Governance & Data Scientist is critical to ensuring data integrity, quality, and compliance within a pharmaceutical and personal care company’s analytics team, supporting reliable data-driven decision-making.
• • Day to day, the person will monitor and correct data inconsistencies, design and implement data normalization and cleaning processes, document business rules and data lineage, execute automated validations, support data homologation using statistical or fuzzy matching, create traceability reports with BI tools, and collaborate on implementing data privacy standards.
• • The team is part of a data-focused unit within a Mexican company dedicated to improving health and quality of life through pharmaceutical and personal care products, working remotely with Workana Limited as the contracting entity.
• • The person can learn and achieve hands-on experience in data governance, quality assurance, data lineage, and compliance; develop technical skills in SQL, Python, Snowflake, Apache Airflow, and Git; gain exposure to BI tools and data privacy frameworks; and grow into a trusted contributor in enterprise data management with potential for contract renewal based on performance.
