📋 Description

• Shape the future of mobile-first consumer tech used by 400 million people. As a Jr. Full-stack Developer at Codeway you will own end-to-end feature delivery on web projects that power our flagship apps such as Retake AI, Cleanup, Learna and DramaPops. Every line of code you write directly influences how millions create, learn and entertain themselves daily.
• Build and iterate on scalable back-end services using NodeJS. You will design RESTful APIs, optimize database queries and implement caching strategies that keep our apps lightning-fast even when traffic spikes. Your work will be the invisible engine behind features that users love and competitors try to copy.
• Craft pixel-perfect, responsive front-end experiences with JavaScript, HTML, CSS and modern frameworks like Vue or React. You will translate Figma designs into living interfaces, ensure cross-browser compatibility and obsess over performance metrics that delight users on every device.
• Take full accountability for your features from whiteboard sketch to production deployment. You will monitor logs, fix bugs, write unit and integration tests and continuously refactor for maintainability. When something breaks at 2 a.m. you will be the hero who restores service before users notice.
• Participate in rigorous code reviews that raise the bar for the entire engineering org. You will give and receive constructive feedback, enforce coding standards and champion best practices that turn good code into great code.
• Stay relentlessly curious about emerging technologies. Whether it is mastering Vue3, experimenting with serverless on Google Cloud Functions or exploring new AI capabilities, you will carve out time each week to level-up and share knowledge with the team.
• Collaborate daily with product managers, designers, data scientists and mobile engineers in a fast-moving, agile environment. Your ideas will be heard, your prototypes will be tested and your solutions will ship to production within weeks—not months.
• Identify systemic challenges that span multiple teams and propose elegant solutions. From improving CI/CD pipelines to standardizing API documentation, you will leave the codebase better than you found it.
• Contribute to a culture of psychological safety where asking questions is encouraged and mistakes are treated as learning opportunities. You will mentor interns, pair program with seniors and grow into the kind of engineer others want on their team.
• Work hybrid from our award-winning Ferko Signature office next to Levent Metro Station, or remotely when you need deep focus. Either way you will have the autonomy to manage your own schedule and the support of a team that trusts you to deliver excellence.

🎯 Requirements

• B.Sc. in Computer Science or a similar discipline
• Hands-on experience with NodeJS and modern JavaScript, HTML, CSS
• Proficiency in at least one front-end framework such as Vue or React
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement RESTful APIs
• Solid understanding of Git and collaborative version-control workflows
• Nice-to-have: exposure to Google Cloud Products (Pub/Sub, Functions, App Engine), Vue3, Firestore or caching solutions like Redis/Memcached
