📋 Description

• As a Jr Paid Media Buyer at Agent Inc., you will execute paid media and outbound growth campaigns that directly generate qualified leads and conversions for an AI-powered recruiting tool serving HR teams.
• Day to day, you will prospect leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo, build and manage targeted lists, launch email sequences and Meta Ads campaigns (focused on Instagram), set up domain warming, automate workflows via Zapier or similar, track performance in Pipedrive, and optimize based on conversions and booked calls.
• The company is an HR tech SaaS startup with a lean team, building an AI-driven recruiting platform to help HR teams manage high-volume hiring and automate behavioral interviews, prioritizing execution and measurable growth.
• You will gain hands-on experience scaling outbound and paid media systems in a real startup environment, sharpen your skills in conversion-focused copywriting, CRM and automation tool integration, and learn how to tie marketing execution directly to business outcomes like qualified leads and revenue.

🎯 Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in paid media, outbound marketing, or growth execution
• Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager, especially Instagram campaigns and retargeting
• Proven experience with Apollo or similar tools for lead sourcing and outbound campaigns
• Experience with CRM systems such as Pipedrive
• Experience building email sequences and managing outbound campaigns
• Strong understanding of email deliverability and domain warming practices
