- • As a Jr Payment Operations Analyst at DEUNA Inc., you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of payment flows by monitoring, analyzing, and resolving payment-related incidents, directly contributing to the reliability and performance of ATHIA, our AI-powered payments platform that powers over 20% of Mexico’s digital economy.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring and managing payment incidents (PSPs, APMs, reconciliations, rejections), leading triage processes with proper categorization and severity assignment, coordinating end-to-end ticket resolution across tech, product, and support teams, identifying incident patterns to drive process improvements, documenting recurring issues and solutions, and ensuring clear, timely communication with stakeholders.
- • You will join a rapidly growing startup revolutionizing global commerce through ATHIA, built by the team behind Latin America’s fastest-growing Commerce OS, with deep integrations across 300+ PSPs and alternative payment methods, now expanding into the U.S. to serve large retailers, marketplaces, airlines, and QSRs.
- • In this role, you will develop strong analytical and operational expertise in payment systems, gain hands-on experience with incident management workflows in fintech, improve your cross-functional collaboration skills, and build a foundation for growth into senior operations, product, or payments specialization roles within a high-impact, fast-moving environment.
