- • Join our team as a Junior Underwriter and play a key role in turning approvals into contracts. You’ll call dealerships on applications that have been approved or conditionally approved through our automated decisioning process and will provide solutions with the goal of capturing the contract while assessing the overall risk of the application.
- • As a Junior Underwriter, you’ll be the bridge between approvals and signed contracts, turning opportunities into results while building lasting dealer relationships. You will close the loop by calling dealership partners to rehash approvals, match the right fit by ensuring sales contracts meet program guidelines, be a trusted partner by working with dealerships and internal teams, add value to every deal by reviewing and restructuring deals, bring solutions to the table by recommending alternative products, educate and empower dealers on credit decisions, aim high by hitting or exceeding monthly goals, collaborate for success with Funding and Sales teams, and stay adaptable by supporting team and company goals as needed.

- • In this role, you can learn and achieve strong dealer relationship management, risk assessment in auto finance, contract structuring and negotiation, cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Funding teams, and consistent performance in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment while representing a trusted brand in the auto finance industry.

- • Proven ability to build relationships with dealers, sales/marketing teams, and peers
- • Skilled negotiator with a drive to win in a competitive market and ability to think outside the box
- • Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- • Auto finance or financial services experience preferred but not required
- • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google G Suite, and Teams
🏖️ Benefits
- • $19.00 - $21.00 an hour, based on Location and Experience
- • Uncapped Bonuses, averaging $1,100 - $1,500 monthly
- • Expected Total Compensation including Average Bonuses: $55K - $65k
