📋 Description
- • Join Appointedd Ltd as a Junior Account Executive and become an integral part of our dynamic and experienced Commercial Team. This is a unique opportunity to significantly contribute to the growth and successful integration of Appointedd's innovative solutions within the market, playing a pivotal role in expanding our customer base and revenue streams.
- • Your primary focus will be on driving pipeline growth through high-volume outbound activities. This involves strategically engaging with potential clients via phone calls, targeted emails, and professional social media outreach to identify and generate new business opportunities. You will be instrumental in building a robust sales pipeline from the ground up.
- • A key responsibility will be the meticulous qualification and targeting of opportunities and leads. You will develop a keen understanding of our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) to ensure that all outreach efforts are focused on prospects who are the best fit for Appointedd's offerings, maximizing efficiency and conversion rates.
- • You will conduct initial discovery calls with prospects to deeply understand their unique business challenges, needs, and objectives. This consultative approach will allow you to assess their fit against our ICP and determine how Appointedd's solutions can provide tangible value and solve their specific problems.
- • This role offers a fantastic platform for professional development. You will gain hands-on experience assisting Senior Account Executives with product demonstrations, honing your presentation skills, and learning to articulate the value proposition of our SaaS solutions effectively to diverse audiences.
- • You will actively support Senior Account Executives in managing their sales pipelines, from initial lead engagement through to deal progression. Your contributions will be vital in helping to move opportunities efficiently towards a successful close.
- • Maintaining an accurate and up-to-date pipeline within our CRM system (HubSpot) is crucial. This includes meticulously recording all interactions, updating prospect information, and ensuring data integrity for reliable forecasting and reporting. Your diligence will directly impact the team's ability to track progress and make informed strategic decisions.
- • Beyond new business acquisition, you will identify significant opportunities for business growth within our existing client base. This involves exploring potential upsell and cross-sell opportunities, identifying associated accounts, and leveraging your network to uncover further potential.
- • Collaboration is at the heart of our success. You will work closely with all business teams across Appointedd, including Marketing, Customer Success, and Product. This cross-functional teamwork ensures a seamless and high-quality service experience for all clients, fostering strong relationships and encouraging valuable referrals.
- • Prospecting will involve in-depth research to identify and understand potential customers within our retail ICP. You will develop comprehensive account plans for these prospects, laying the groundwork for targeted and effective outreach.
- • Your outbound activities will utilize a suite of modern sales tools to engage prospects through cold calls, personalized emails, LinkedIn messages, and other creative communication methods, with the ultimate goal of generating qualified sales leads (SQLs).
- • Lead qualification will be conducted using methodologies like MEDDICC to rigorously assess the potential of leads and determine their readiness to progress quickly through our sales pipeline.
- • You will be responsible for booking meetings and conducting initial discovery calls, and potentially some product demonstrations, often in collaboration with our Senior Client Partners.
- • CRM maintenance in HubSpot will be a daily task, ensuring that all client interactions and data are accurately recorded and managed.
- • Nurturing leads will involve following up with prospects who may not be immediately ready to purchase, often in partnership with our marketing team, to keep Appointedd top-of-mind.
- • For smaller and mid-market opportunities, you will manage the end-to-end sales process, providing valuable experience in closing deals.
- • Success in this role will be measured by your continuous and creative efforts to add high-quality leads to our pipeline weekly, achieving best-in-class conversion rates from top-of-funnel activities, and demonstrating increasing confidence and capability in conducting discovery and demo calls. Building strong, collaborative relationships with commercial and cross-functional colleagues, and maintaining impeccable data cleanliness in our CRM, are also key indicators of success.
