- • The Junior Accountant role supports U.S.-based clients by ensuring accurate financial operations, timely processing, and strong accounting controls in a fast-paced environment, contributing to business performance and operational accuracy.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing daily bookkeeping in NetSuite, processing accounts payable via Bill.com, handling accounts receivable and collections, assisting with month-end close and reconciliations, and supporting distributor deduction reviews and audit requests.
- • The role operates within a remote-first team serving U.S. clients from LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe, requiring alignment with U.S. business hours (9 AM–5 PM EST) to ensure seamless financial workflow collaboration.
- • The Junior Accountant will gain hands-on experience in core accounting functions, develop expertise in NetSuite and Bill.com, and build a foundation for long-term growth in accounting and finance through exposure to financial reporting, reconciliations, and AP/AR management under the guidance of an Accounting Manager.
🎯 Requirements
- • Experience supporting accounting operations, bookkeeping, accounts payable, or accounts receivable functions
- • Experience working within accounting systems such as NetSuite
- • Familiarity with Bill.com or similar payment processing platforms is preferred
- • Strong understanding of bookkeeping and transactional accounting processes
- • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and reconciliation skills
- • Ability to manage multiple financial processes and deadlines simultaneously
