Junior Accountant

📋 Description

• • As a Junior Accountant at Megaport Limited, you will play a vital role in supporting the finance team by managing end-to-end accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial records and timely reporting that underpin the company’s global Network as a Service (NaaS) operations.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include processing Accounts Payable transactions, performing bank and general ledger reconciliations, assisting with month-end close activities, maintaining accurate financial documentation, and supporting audit preparations in collaboration with the finance team.
• • You will join a dynamic, globally distributed finance function within Megaport, a publicly listed ASX company and leader in cloud connectivity, where collaboration, curiosity, and integrity are valued over hierarchy, and where your contributions directly support financial accuracy and compliance across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas.
• • In this role, you will develop strong technical accounting skills in AP and reconciliations, gain exposure to month-end close processes in a fast-paced tech environment, build proficiency with enterprise financial systems, and grow your understanding of global finance operations — laying a strong foundation for a long-term career in corporate accounting or finance.
