Junior Accountant

📋 Description

• • Procurify Technologies Inc. is seeking a motivated Junior Accountant to support the Finance team in managing accounts receivable, billing, collections, and month-end close processes, contributing to accurate financial operations and improved cash flow for a fast-growing SaaS company modernizing spend management.
• • This role is ideal for an early-career accounting professional eager to build expertise in financial systems, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration within a remote-first, innovative organization.
• • Prepare and issue accurate customer invoices by reviewing contract terms, billing details, and customer data to ensure completeness and compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• • Perform timely follow-ups on outstanding receivables to support cash flow, reduce aging balances, and serve as a courteous point of contact for customer billing inquiries.
• • Assist in preparing AR aging analyses, cash collection reports, and month-end close activities including account reconciliations, revenue checks, and variance analyses for management review.
• • Maintain up-to-date customer account records across financial and billing systems, ensuring data integrity and supporting audit readiness.
• • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations teams to resolve billing discrepancies, payment issues, and support seamless revenue operations.
• • Identify and recommend process improvements to streamline accounting workflows, enhance data accuracy, and support the adoption of automation and AI-enhanced financial tools.
