• • In this pivotal role, you will be an integral part of our Finance team, working closely with our Financial Controller and CFO. Your primary responsibility will be to meticulously manage supplier invoices, ensure the accuracy and timeliness of payments, and contribute to the overall integrity of our financial operations. This position demands a high level of organizational skill, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• • Your day-to-day will involve the comprehensive management of accounts payable, starting with the collection and verification of all incoming supplier invoices. You will be responsible for ensuring that each invoice is correctly named, organized, and uploaded into our accounting system, maintaining a clear and accessible digital filing system. A critical aspect of this role is ensuring that all necessary documentation is complete and readily available for the accountant to post transactions accurately.
• • You will play a key role in our banking and payment activities. This includes diligently monitoring automated bank feeds, identifying any discrepancies, missing receipts, or unmatched items. A significant part of your responsibility will be to proactively follow up with internal teams and external vendors to obtain any outstanding invoices or supporting documentation required for proper record-keeping and payment processing.
• • Preparing payment batches for review and approval by the CFO will be a core duty. This requires careful attention to detail to ensure that all payments are accurate, authorized, and processed in a timely manner, adhering to company policies and procedures. Your diligence in this area directly impacts our vendor relationships and financial stability.
• • Furthermore, you will be instrumental in maintaining the accuracy of our financial records through reconciliation and controls. You will ensure that accounts payable balances are reconciled correctly within the accounting system, highlighting any discrepancies that arise and actively following up to ensure their swift resolution. Your support will be crucial during month-end closing procedures, particularly with accounts payable checks and reconciliations.
• • This role also involves supporting bank and compliance activities. You will serve as an operational point of contact for any bank compliance requests or documentation needs. This includes assisting in providing timely and accurate responses to Know Your Customer (KYC), Anti-Money Laundering (AML) queries, and other bank-related inquiries, ensuring our operations remain compliant and transparent.
• • The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in accounts payable and finance operations, with 2-4+ years of relevant experience. Proficiency with accounting systems such as Xero, QuickBooks, NetSuite, or SAP is essential. You should be comfortable navigating online banking portals and payment tools, with prior exposure to multi-entity or multi-currency operations being a significant advantage.

Strong communication and collaborative skills are paramount, as you will be working within a remote team and interacting with various stakeholders. Fluency in English is a requirement.
