- • As a key member of our lean and dynamic Finance team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and efficiency of our financial operations. Reporting directly to the Financial Controller and working closely with the CFO, you will be instrumental in managing the accounts payable process from invoice receipt to payment, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.
- • Your primary responsibilities will encompass the end-to-end management of supplier invoices. This includes meticulously collecting, verifying, and processing all incoming invoices, ensuring they are accurately renamed, organized, and uploaded into our accounting system. A critical part of this role is ensuring that all necessary documentation is complete and readily available for posting by the accountant, thereby maintaining a clean and auditable financial record.
- • You will be actively involved in bank and payment activities, closely monitoring automated bank feeds to identify any discrepancies or missing receipts. Proactive follow-up with internal teams will be essential to obtain any outstanding invoices or supporting documentation, ensuring a smooth and uninterrupted payment cycle.
- • A significant aspect of your role will involve preparing payment batches for review and approval by the CFO. This requires a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail to ensure that all payments are processed correctly and on time, safeguarding the company's financial health and supplier relationships.
- • In terms of reconciliation and controls, you will be responsible for ensuring that accounts payable balances are accurately reconciled within the accounting system. You will be expected to proactively highlight any discrepancies, investigate their root causes, and follow up diligently for their resolution. Your support will also be vital during month-end closing procedures, particularly in executing required AP checks to ensure financial accuracy.
- • Furthermore, you will serve as an operational point of contact for bank compliance and documentation requests. This involves supporting timely and accurate responses to Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) queries, as well as other bank-related inquiries, ensuring EverAI remains compliant with all regulatory requirements.

🎯 Requirements
- • 2–4+ years’ experience in accounts payable, finance operations, or a related field.
- • Proficiency with accounting systems (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP) and online banking portals.
- • Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and experience with multi-entity or multi-currency operations.
- • Perfect fluency in English, coupled with strong communication and collaborative skills.
