Thomas Lacroix, Co-founder & CMO, possesses over 8 years of expertise in customer acquisition and e-commerce growth, co-founding Curatible (sold to Blackstone) and MTK Digital. Maruša Fasano, our CFO/Legal, offers 25+ years of experience in finance, strategy, and M&A, with a background including CFO roles at Curatible and SoftOne, and board presidency at SotremoSA.
• • We are seeking a highly disciplined and detail-oriented Junior Accounts Payable & Finance Operations Specialist to bolster our Finance team. This pivotal role involves the comprehensive management of supplier invoices, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of all payments, conducting meticulous account reconciliations, and contributing to the overall cleanliness and efficiency of our financial operations. You will work in close collaboration with our Financial Controller, Nikolett, and our CFO, Marusa, gaining invaluable exposure to high-level financial processes within a rapidly scaling tech company.
• • Your core responsibilities will encompass Accounts Payable Operations, including the collection, verification, and processing of all incoming supplier invoices. You will be responsible for renaming, organizing, and uploading these documents into our accounting system, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and readily available for posting by the accountant. This meticulous approach is crucial for maintaining accurate financial records.
• • In Bank & Payment Activities, you will diligently monitor automated bank feeds, promptly identifying any missing receipts or unmatched items. You will proactively follow up with internal teams to secure any outstanding invoices or essential supporting documentation. Furthermore, you will prepare detailed payment batches for the CFO's thorough review and final approval, ensuring all transactions are authorized and correctly processed.
• • For Reconciliation & Controls, you will ensure that all accounts payable balances are accurately reconciled within the system. You will be tasked with highlighting any discrepancies identified and driving their resolution. Additionally, you will provide essential assistance with month-end AP checks, contributing to the integrity of our financial reporting.
• • In Bank & Compliance Support, you will serve as a key operational contact point for any bank compliance requirements or documentation requests. You will play an active role in supporting timely and accurate responses to Know Your Customer (KYC), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), or other bank-related queries, ensuring we maintain strong relationships with our financial institutions.
• • This role demands a proactive individual with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to operational excellence.
