- • As a Junior Accounts Payable & Finance Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our dynamic Finance team. This position is integral to maintaining the financial health and operational efficiency of EverAI. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of supplier invoices, ensuring that all payments are processed accurately and on time. Your meticulous attention to detail will be vital in reconciling accounts and contributing to the overall cleanliness and integrity of our financial operations. You will work closely with our Financial Controller, Nikolett, and our CFO, Marusa, gaining invaluable experience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
- • Your core responsibilities will encompass a range of critical Accounts Payable (AP) functions. This includes the diligent collection, verification, and processing of all incoming supplier invoices. You will be tasked with systematically renaming, organizing, and uploading these documents into our accounting system, ensuring that each invoice is complete with all necessary supporting documentation for accurate posting by the accountant. This systematic approach is key to maintaining an auditable and efficient AP process.
- • In addition to invoice processing, you will be actively involved in bank and payment activities. This involves closely monitoring automated bank feeds to identify any discrepancies, missing receipts, or unmatched items. You will proactively follow up with internal teams to secure any outstanding invoices or essential supporting documentation. A significant part of your role will be preparing payment batches for review and approval by the CFO, ensuring that all outgoing payments are authorized and correctly processed.
- • Reconciliation and control activities are also central to this role. You will be responsible for ensuring that all accounts payable balances are accurately reconciled within the accounting system. This requires a keen eye for detail to highlight any discrepancies and to diligently follow up on their resolution. You will also provide essential assistance with month-end AP checks, contributing to the timely and accurate closing of financial periods.
- • Furthermore, you will serve as an operational point of contact for bank compliance and documentation requests. This involves supporting timely and accurate responses to Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) queries, as well as other bank-related inquiries. Your role will be instrumental in ensuring that EverAI maintains strong relationships with its banking partners and adheres to all regulatory requirements.

🎯 Requirements
- • 2–4+ years’ experience in accounts payable, finance operations, or a related field.
- • Strong organizational skills and extreme attention to detail.
- • Experience with accounting systems (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP).
- • Comfortable working with online banking portals and payment tools.
- • Exposure to multi-entity or multi-currency operations.
- • Perfectly fluent in English (written and spoken).
