- • As a Junior Accounts Payable & Finance Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our growing Finance team. This position requires a disciplined and detail-oriented individual to manage the end-to-end process of supplier invoices, ensure the accuracy and timeliness of payments, perform essential account reconciliations, and contribute to the overall cleanliness and efficiency of our finance operations. You will work closely with our Financial Controller, Nikolett, and our CFO, Marusa, gaining invaluable experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- • Your core responsibilities will encompass Accounts Payable Operations, including the meticulous collection, verification, and processing of all incoming supplier invoices. You will be responsible for renaming, organizing, and uploading these files into our accounting system, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and readily available for posting by the accountant. This meticulous organization is vital for maintaining accurate financial records.
- • In terms of Bank & Payment Activities, you will actively monitor our automated bank feeds, promptly identifying any missing receipts or unmatched transactions. A key part of your role will involve proactively following up with internal teams to secure any outstanding invoices or supporting documentation required for accurate processing. Furthermore, you will prepare comprehensive payment batches for review and approval by the CFO, ensuring all outgoing payments are accurate and authorized.
- • The role also involves critical Reconciliation & Controls. You will be tasked with ensuring that all accounts payable balances are accurately reconciled within the system, highlighting any discrepancies that arise and diligently following up to ensure their swift resolution. Your support will be essential during month-end closing procedures, particularly with AP-related checks, contributing to the integrity of our financial statements.
- • Additionally, you will provide crucial Bank & Compliance Support. This includes acting as a primary operational contact for any bank compliance requirements or documentation requests. You will also support the timely and accurate responses to Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) queries, as well as other bank-related inquiries, ensuring EverAI remains compliant with all regulatory standards.
- • This is a fully remote position based in France, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere. 🎯 Requirements
- • 2–4+ years of experience in accounts payable, finance operations, or a closely related field.
- • Proficiency with accounting systems (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP) and online banking portals.
- • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- • Perfect fluency in English, with strong communication and collaborative abilities.
