- • As a Junior Accounts Payable & Finance Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our dynamic Finance team. This position requires a highly disciplined and detail-oriented individual who can manage the intricacies of supplier invoices, guarantee punctual payments, perform meticulous account reconciliations, and contribute to maintaining pristine finance operations. You will work in close collaboration with our Financial Controller, Nikolett, and our CFO, Marusa, gaining invaluable experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- • Your primary responsibilities will encompass the full spectrum of Accounts Payable operations. This includes the diligent collection, verification, and processing of all incoming supplier invoices. You will be responsible for accurately renaming, organizing, and uploading these files into our accounting system, ensuring that all necessary documentation is complete and readily available for posting by the accountant. This meticulous attention to detail is paramount to maintaining the integrity of our financial records.
- • In the realm of Bank & Payment Activities, you will actively monitor our automated bank feeds, proactively identifying any missing receipts or unmatched items that require immediate attention. A key part of your role will involve following up with internal teams to secure any outstanding invoices or essential supporting documentation. Furthermore, you will prepare comprehensive payment batches, which will be submitted to the CFO for thorough review and final approval, ensuring all disbursements are accurate and authorized.
- • Your contribution to Reconciliation & Controls will be vital. You will ensure that all accounts payable balances are accurately reconciled within the system, acting as a guardian of our financial data. Any discrepancies identified will need to be highlighted promptly, and you will be responsible for following up to ensure their swift resolution. You will also provide essential assistance with month-end AP checks, contributing to the overall financial closing process.
- • As a key point of contact for Bank & Compliance Support, you will serve as the operational liaison for any bank compliance or documentation requests. This includes supporting timely and accurate responses to Know Your Customer (KYC), Anti-Money Laundering (AML) queries, and other bank-related inquiries, ensuring EverAI remains compliant with all regulatory requirements.

🎯 Requirements
- • 2–4+ years of experience in accounts payable, finance operations, or a closely related field.
- • Proficiency with accounting systems (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP) and online banking portals/payment tools.
- • Strong organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and experience with multi-entity or multi-currency operations.
- • Perfect fluency in English, with strong communication and collaborative skills, and a doer mindset.
